Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Water Spinach

1. Convolvulus.

2. Take off the stems and wash them.

3. Cut into sections.

4. Prepare shredded pork, garlic slices, and pickled peppers.

5. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, starch, and oil to the shredded pork and mix well.

6. Heat the oil and add the shredded pork.

7. When the shredded pork becomes discolored, add garlic slices and pickled peppers and stir fry until fragrant.

8. Pour water spinach stems.

9. Add salt and fry until broken, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir well.

10. Finished product. Refreshing and crisp, appetizing for dinner.

Tips:

Water spinach is rich in iron. When it is heated in the pan, the iron is destroyed, so it looks a little black. To solve this problem, blanch the water first.
