Stir-fried Shredded Radish with Meat

Wash the radishes and peel them.

Shred the radish and set aside the lean meat and chili.
3.
Pour oil into the pan and fry fragrant chili garlic star anise.
4.
Add lean meat and stir fry, drizzle in a little cooking wine.
5.
After sautéing, add salt, garlic sprouts and oyster sauce to taste.

Plate.
