Stir Fried Shrimp

1. Prepare the shrimps, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and a little baking soda, and add starch;

2. Add half of the egg mixture and mix well.

3. Slice ginger, cut onion and red pepper into small pieces.

4. Heat the oil, pour into the shrimps;
