Stir Fried Shrimp

Prepare the shrimps, add salt, pepper, cooking wine and a little baking soda, and add starch;

Add half of the egg mixture and mix well.

Slice ginger, cut onion and red pepper into small pieces.

Heat the oil, pour into the shrimps;

Slight the heat until it changes color and remove it.

Save the base oil, and fry the dried sea pepper, pepper and ginger slices over a low fire for fragrant;

Pour in onions and sauté until fragrant over medium heat;

Add red pepper and salt and stir fry;

Just turn it evenly.
Tips:
Shrimp will fry for about one minute. Remove the color immediately. Return to the pot and stir well, otherwise it will affect the taste.
