Stir-fried Shrimp with Broad Beans and Straw Mushrooms

1. Ingredients: prawns to prawn thread with cooking wine and salt for a while, straw mushrooms sliced, broad beans to remove pods

2. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan and stir-fry the shrimps until they change color. Then add the broad bean petals and straw mushrooms and stir-fry until they are broken and change color. Then add a proper amount of salt.

3. Stir fry until the broad bean petals are 80% cooked, add the shrimps, stir fry for a while
