Stir-fried Shrimp with Broccoli

Wash the broccoli, select small florets, and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Shell the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread.

Put it in a basin, pour the cooking wine, and salt it for 15 minutes.

Broccoli is blanched in water with oil and salt, and drained for later use.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add the garlic slices and fry it for a fragrance.

Add the prawns, stir-fry until all the prawns turn red, add broccoli and pour in oyster sauce.
7.
Stir fry quickly and evenly to get out of the pan.
Tips:
The broccoli is soaked in light brine to remove residual pesticides.
