Stir-fried Shrimp with Chicken Head and Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients, defrost chicken head rice, defrost green beans, diced carrots, thawed shrimp, add cooking wine, salt, pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Boil water in a pot, add chicken head rice, green beans, carrots and blanch for 2 minutes

3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance

4. Add shrimp and stir fry

5. Stir fry until the color changes, add chicken head rice, carrots, green beans

6. Season with salt, stir-fry, and cook
