Stir-fried Shrimp with Fresh Chives

Clean the fresh shrimp, remove the shells, use a toothpick to pick the shrimp thread on the back and abdomen, clean the drain again, add cooking wine, white pepper and a small amount of salt, and marinate for a while.

Wash the leek and cut into sections, set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the shrimps.

Stir-fry evenly, stir-fry until half-cooked, serve and set aside.

When there is remaining oil in the pot, add the leek and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add the shrimps, continue to fry for a while until the shrimps are cooked through, sprinkle some salt and mix well, and then it is ready to be taken out of the pan.
Tips:
You can add a little more oil when frying the shrimps, and then use the remaining oil to fry the leeks.
