Stir-fried Shrimp with Fungus and Tomato

Main ingredients: Shrimp, tomato, black fungus.

Wash the shrimps, and cut a knife along the back to remove the shrimp threads.

Add appropriate amount of water and starch gently to evenly sizing.

Soak and wash the black fungus.

Cut the tomato into crescent pieces.

Tips:
1. Soy sauce is not suitable for cooking such dishes.
2. The time for blanching shrimps should not be too long.
3. Tomatoes can also be cooked after peeling.
