Stir-fried Shrimp with Garlic
1.
The headless sea prawns that I bought are small in size, so they are especially suitable for stir-frying.
2.
Take out the shrimp string and marinate with pepper, salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
3.
Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into finely divided pieces and set aside.
4.
Put oil in the pan, heat the pan with cool oil, put the marinated shrimp in the pan and stir fry.
5.
Boil the water in the prawns to dryness. When only oil is left in the pan, transfer the prawns to a plate for later use.
6.
Use the oil in the pot (you can also add some oil) into the pot of green onion, ginger, and garlic. (Note: Use only half of the minced garlic, and use the remaining half at the end)
7.
When the green onion, ginger, and garlic are fragrant, add the sea prawns and continue to fry.
8.
Add seafood soy sauce, a little salt and sugar in turn and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add the other half of the minced garlic, turn off the heat, mix well, and remove from the pot.
9.
Super delicious.
Tips:
Be sure to use sea prawns. The skins of cultured prawns are too hard for stir-frying.
