Stir-fried Shrimp with Green Red Pepper in Oyster Sauce
1.
Buy the fresh shrimp, shell and peel the shrimp, and remove the shrimp thread! I bought very big shrimps, and the peeled shrimps were quite big. Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers, then wash them for later use. Clean the green onion and ginger too.
2.
Cut the green and red pepper into small pieces, and cut the shrimp into two. If it’s a small one, just just one.
3.
In a clean non-stick pan, wipe dry. Pour in corn oil, add ginger slices, stir fry the ginger slices over high heat until fragrant.
4.
Pour in the shrimp cubes and start to stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until the shrimp is slightly discolored, pour in the green and red pepper pieces and stir-fry for a while, then pour in the cooking wine, stir-fry evenly to remove the fishy.
6.
Then pour a spoonful of oyster sauce (can not be omitted, oyster sauce is fresh), continue to stir fry, let the shrimp taste.
7.
Finally, add a teaspoon of salt and stir-fry to adjust the taste.
8.
Turn off the heat, serve, and sprinkle with chopped green onion! Stir-fried shrimps with fresh green and red peppers in oyster sauce is done! Fresh eyebrows!
