Stir-fried Shrimp with Red Wine
1.
Rinse the fresh shrimps first, pour in an appropriate amount of white wine to make them drowsy
2.
Remove the prawns, cut off the prawn silk and shrimp sword, add some salt and pepper
3.
Pour in an appropriate amount of lemon juice, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
4.
Chop the garlic into puree when marinating the shrimp
5.
Put the right amount of olive oil in the hot pot to heat up and turn off the heat
6.
Add the butter to the pan, melt the butter with oil temperature
7.
Start the fire and heat up the oil again, control the moisture of the shrimp, and stir-fry the shrimp over high heat
8.
Add garlic when the shrimp turns red
9.
Finally, stir-fry until the shrimp skin becomes crispy. When the shrimp is curled, add red wine and stir-fry for half a minute
Tips:
1. The gut should be removed before the shrimp is cooked. You can insert a toothpick into the second section of the shrimp body to take out the gut, and then gently pull it out;
2. The melting point of butter is relatively low, so don't melt it directly at high temperature, so as not to affect the taste of the finished product.
