Stir-fried Shrimp with Tea Flavor

Take a small packet of Tieguanyin and put it in the container

Don’t use the first brewing water, use it to wash the tea, take the second brewing tea for use

Scratch the shrimp on the back and remove the sand line

Put it in a container and set aside.

Cut ginger into shreds, cut green onions into sections

1. When adding tea leaves to the dishes, remember to be light and do not add too much seasoning to avoid losing the aroma of the tea. 2. Pay attention to the time when the shrimp is re-fried, ten seconds is enough, don't over-fry.
