Stir-fried Shrimp with Walnuts

Head and peel the shrimp, and remove the shrimp intestines with a toothpick. Wash it out.

Peel the inner and outer layers of the walnuts and wash them.
3.
Slice celery with a diagonal knife and shred ginger.
4.
Heat the oil in the wok, and explode the ginger when the oil is hot.
5.
Pour in the shrimp and celery and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Add a small amount of cooking wine.
7.
Stir fry, add a small amount of thirteen spice powder. Add walnuts.
8.
Season with a little salt, stir-fry evenly, and get out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Just drop a little cooking wine, not too much.
2. The amount of salt and seasoning powder must be small, if you add more, you won't be able to taste the umami flavor of shrimp!
