Stir-fried Silkworm Pupa with Green Onion and Ginger

Clean the silkworm pupa you bought. When buying silkworm pupa, you must pay attention to choosing live silkworm pupa. You can touch the silkworm pupa manually. You can see that the silkworm pupa is alive when you shake your head.

Bring to a boil in a pot under cold water. If you like the tenderer, cook for about 5 minutes. If you like the firmer meat, you can cook for a few more minutes.

Remove and drain the water, peel the green onion and ginger, wash and shred.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the onion and ginger; add the boiled silkworm chrysalis, stir fry, and season with salt.

The delicious green onion and ginger fried silkworm pupae are served on the pan, and are good choices for cooking and snacking.
Tips:
1. When buying silkworm chrysalis, you must choose live chrysalis. Touch the head of the chrysalis with your hand and turn it.
2. When boiling silkworm pupa, it is best to boil it on low heat to avoid nutrient loss when the silkworm pupa explodes.
