Stir-fried Sliced Pork with Water Chestnuts

Preparation materials: pork, green and red peppers, water chestnuts.

Peel and wash water chestnuts, wash green and red peppers, and mince green onion and ginger.

Cut the peeled water chestnuts with a knife and cut the green and red peppers with an oblique knife.
