Stir-fried Sliced Pork with Water Chestnuts

1. Preparation materials: pork, green and red peppers, water chestnuts.

2. Peel and wash water chestnuts, wash green and red peppers, and mince green onion and ginger.

3. Cut the peeled water chestnuts with a knife and cut the green and red peppers with an oblique knife.

4. Slice the pork, add salt, cooking wine, egg white, and starch to marinate for a while.

5. Heat up the wok and stir-fry the meat slices that have been mashed into the bottom oil.

6. When the meat slices become white and white, add the chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
