Stir-fried Small Rapeseed

Wash the rapeseed.

Cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot, then add green onion and shrimp skins and sauté until fragrant.

Add the rapeseed section and stir evenly over high heat, add a little salt and chicken essence for seasoning, add a little light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly to turn off the heat!
