Stir-fried Small River Prawns with Green Peppers

I bought a pound of small river prawns and deep-fried a plate, which is part of the preparation for frying green peppers.

Wash the clear and red peppers, cut into small pieces, not too many, and smaller pieces.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the shallots and minced garlic, add green and red peppers and stir fry.
4.
Add the fried small river prawns and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry evenly, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, turn off the heat.

Take out the pan and serve. Does this color look particularly appetizing?
