Stir-fried Snails with Chives

Ingredients: flower snails (cleaned), leeks (cleaned and cut into sections)

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

After blanching for 1 minute, remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched snails and stir fry.

Next, stir in the sliced leeks and stir fry.
6.
Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Saute and stir well, serve.
