Stir-fried Snails with Hot Pepper

Ingredients: flower snails (washed), hot peppers (washed and cut)

Put the cleaned snails in a pot of clear water, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

After blanching for 1 minute, remove

Add oil to the pan and heat, add the cut peppers and stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the blanched snails and stir fry.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
7.
Add 0.5 tablespoon sugar
8.
Add 0.5 tsp salt
9.
Seasoning and stir-fry well, serve
