Stir-fried Snails with Hot Pepper

Ingredients: flower snails (washed), hot peppers (washed and cut)

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

After blanching for 1 minute, remove.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the cut peppers and stir fry until cooked.

Then, add the blanched snails and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
