Stir-fried Snow Peas with Chicken Gizzards

Wash the chicken gizzards, cut one into two, then cut three times vertically (as shown in the picture), try to cut the skin to the bottom, but do not cut

Cut again (as shown in the picture), don’t cut it

Add scallion ginger juice, salt, and MSG, mix well, and marinate for 1 hour

Heat up the wok, add the chicken gizzards and stir fry to change color
