Stir-fried Snow Peas with Chicken Head Rice

Wash the snow peas with pinch and silk

Boil water in a small pot, add chicken head rice, cook for about 3 minutes, remove

Pour the ground ham in the pot and stir fry, add snow peas and stir fry, add salt, heat water and simmer for a while until soft, open the lid and add the chicken head rice and stir fry twice.
Tips:
The chicken head rice is freshly bought and can’t be eaten. You can add water to it and store it in the ice box. Take a few to thaw when needed, which is very convenient and fresh
