Stir-fried Soba Noodles

Shred pork and marinate with a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of starch for 10 minutes.

Green and red peppers, carrots and onions are all shredded.

Put the soba noodles in a boiling pot and cook.

After cooking, take it out and add some sesame oil to prevent adhesion.

Heat oil in a wok, add shredded pork and fry until cooked.

Pour shredded carrots and fry until soft.
7.
Add shredded green pepper and stir fry. Add salt and oyster sauce.
8.
Pour the soba noodles.
Tips:
After the noodles are cooked, you can add some sesame oil and stir to prevent sticking.
The amount of vegetables can be adjusted according to personal preference
