Stir-fried Soba Noodles

1. Shred pork and marinate with a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of starch for 10 minutes.

2. Green and red peppers, carrots and onions are all shredded.

3. Put the soba noodles in a boiling pot and cook.

4. After cooking, take it out and add some sesame oil to prevent adhesion.

5. Heat oil in a wok, add shredded pork and fry until cooked.

6. Pour shredded carrots and fry until soft.

8. Pour the soba noodles.

Tips:

After the noodles are cooked, you can add some sesame oil and stir to prevent sticking.
