Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Morels

A moderate amount of morels, soak in warm water for about 15 minutes. Don't pour the water used to soak the morel mushrooms. Pour out the clean water for later use.

Soaked and washed morel mushrooms.

Soak morel mushrooms through the sedimented water.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, sauté ginger garlic, pepper, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Soybean sprouts that have been washed and controlled in water are put in the stir-fry for a minute or two, and the morel mushrooms are poured in the water.

Add morel mushrooms and stir fry for a minute or two.

Season with salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
