Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Mushroom and Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: soybean sprouts (washed), mushrooms (washed), pickled vegetables (washed)

Chop the washed pickled vegetables and slice the washed mushrooms.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cleaned soybean sprouts and cut mushrooms, stir fry until the soybean sprouts are broken.
4.
Then, add the chopped pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Saute and stir well, serve.
