Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Shredded Lettuce

Ingredients: Soybean sprouts (the roots have been removed and cleaned)

Lettuce (peeled)

Wash the peeled lettuce.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into slightly thicker silk, set aside.
