Stir-fried Soybeans with Tomato

1. Soak the soybeans and wash them overnight

2. Boil water in a pot, add soybeans and cook and remove for later use

3. Tomatoes are roasted over a small fire, peeled and washed

4. Cut into small dices

5. Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices

6. Chopped coriander and set aside

Tips:

①Chop the tomatoes into smaller pieces, which will be more delicious when they are fried
