Stir-fried Soybeans with Tomato

Soak the soybeans and wash them overnight

Boil water in a pot, add soybeans and cook and remove for later use
3.
Tomatoes are roasted over a small fire, peeled and washed

Cut into small dices

Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices
6.
Chopped coriander and set aside
7.
Stir the chives and garlic with hot oil in a pot

Pour in the tomatoes and fry until juicy

Add the soybeans and stir fry evenly

Add some fresh chicken juice
11.
Add salt, sugar, chicken essence
12.
Sprinkle coriander before serving
Tips:
①Chop the tomatoes into smaller pieces, which will be more delicious when they are fried
②Soybeans must be cooked when they are cooked, and cook more time
