Stir-fried Spaghetti with Seasonal Vegetables

Prepare the spaghetti.

Cabbage, wash and tear off small pieces.
Soak the fungus to remove the stalks and cut into small pieces.

Boil water and cook the spaghetti.

Drain the cooked spaghetti out of cold water, then drain.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the ginger and garlic, pour in the cabbage and stir fry.

Add the fungus and continue to fry for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the cooked lean meat prepared in advance and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the drained spaghetti.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, season with salt, and serve.
