Stir-fried Spinach Stalks

Wash spinach stalks and set aside
2.
Cut the spinach stalks into inch sections and blanch in boiling water for half a minute
3.
Boil water and drain for later use
4.
Sit in a pot and pour the oil, saute the pepper, add the spinach stalks and stir fry for a while, add salt to taste
5.
Stir the salt evenly out of the pan
