Fried Rice with Ham and Mushroom Egg

Ingredients: rice, eggs

Dice the ham, washed mushrooms and carrots

Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes; wash the spinach stalks, wash and cut into cubes

Heat oil, add egg liquid, fry over medium-low heat, serve and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add ham, mushrooms, and carrots and stir-fry evenly

Then add spinach stalks and onion and stir fry until broken

Add a little soy sauce, salt, chicken powder to taste

Tips:
1. Because ham and chicken noodles have a salty taste, and soy sauce is added, you must put less salt.
2. After putting the rice in, be sure to stir-fry the rice over a low heat to prevent the bottom from getting muddy.
3. The mix of ingredients can be adjusted as you like.
