Stir-fried Spinach with Garlic

Remove the roots of spinach, wash and drain.

The garlic is flattened.

Add oil to the pot and heat it up, stir fry the garlic for a fragrance.

Add spinach and stir fry for a few times until it becomes soft.
5.
Add salt and chicken essence to enhance the flavor.

Tips:
1. Spinach does not need to be blanched, so that it can taste the original flavor.
2. Spinach is easy to cook, and the whole process of stir-frying should not be too long after being put into the pot.
