Stir-fried Spinach with Mantis Shrimp

1. Ingredients: mantis shrimp

2. Spinach (washed)

3. Cut off the tail and the spines on both sides and the head of the mantis shrimp.

4. Cut it with scissors.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the mantis shrimp, add some cooking wine, stir fry until cooked.
