Stir-fried Squash with Sesame Sauce

The horned melon brought from my sister's house, choose a small one, wash it, and divide it into two.

The flesh of the melon is actually very tender, but it is not suitable for cold dressing and it is not crispy.

Use a grater to rub the horned melon into silk. This is a lazy way. You can also shred if you like.

Peel the garlic, wash and chop it, or use a garlic clamp to mince it. Take a small bowl and add appropriate amount of sesame paste, salt, vinegar, sugar, and very fresh soy sauce. Stir it evenly. If it’s still dry, add some sesame oil. I bought the sesame sauce. Thin, no need to add sesame oil, a layer of oil floats on top of itself.

Take a suitable plate and fill it with shredded melons.

Add minced garlic and put the sesame paste in a small bowl.

When eating, pour it on top of the garlic and mix it. Don’t mix it in advance. Because the water in the squash is very large, the water will come out after mixing it in advance. The taste is not good. It is best to eat it after mixing and eat it quickly.

Tips:
1. The horned gourd is very tender, no need to peel, and the color of the horned gourd is more beautiful, looking oily appetite. If it is a horned melon, it is best to soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes and wash it repeatedly.
2. Adjust the sesame sauce according to your favorite taste, as long as it is delicious. Be careful to mix it when you eat it. Don't mix it in advance, because the water in the squash is very large. If it has saltiness in advance, the water will come out for a while. The taste is not good. It is best to eat it after mixing and eat it quickly.
