There is also a process of drying squid. I usually start to post it at night, so I don’t take photos of the squid. Now it’s getting better and better. When I send squid next time, I have to take a photo to share. It's squid silk and leftovers, fried with sauce, and my son said it was delicious while eating.

Ingredients

1. Rinse and cut the squid

2. Mix well with one-to-one garlic black bean sauce and chili sauce, prepare chopped green onion and sliced ginger

3. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the squid to be blanched, then remove and rinse

4. Heat the pan with warm oil and add garlic slices until fragrant

5. Then saute the tuned chili garlic sauce

Tips:

I used Lee Kum Kee's Garlic Black Bean Sauce, which is salty, and it tastes good with Lao Gan Ma Chili Sauce. It tastes just right without salt. You can adjust it to your taste.
