Stir-fried Squid with Sauce

Rinse and cut the squid

Mix well with one-to-one garlic black bean sauce and chili sauce, prepare chopped green onion and sliced ginger

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the squid to be blanched, then remove and rinse

Heat the pan with warm oil and add garlic slices until fragrant

Then saute the tuned chili garlic sauce

Pour the squid and stir-fry evenly, then add the cooking wine

Grind in the right amount of black pepper

Add sugar to taste and turn off the heat

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
I used Lee Kum Kee's Garlic Black Bean Sauce, which is salty, and it tastes good with Lao Gan Ma Chili Sauce. It tastes just right without salt. You can adjust it to your taste.
