Stir-fried Squid with Tempeh Garlic Sprouts

Tips:
1. Process the squid first, tear off the film on the reverse side of the squid, cut the squid on the front side with a knife (first cut at 45 degrees, then cut vertically at another angle, it can't be cut), then cut into small diamond-shaped pieces, and blanch them in boiling water. After the squid is slightly rolled, it can be fished out;
2. Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the fermented black bean sauce, chili and garlic slices, then add the garlic sprouts and stir fry (you can add a small amount of water when frying) until the minced garlic is about nine mature, then add the squid and stir fry together.
