When I went to the market, I saw fresh green beans and bought them. When I talked about green beans, I thought of using them to dry them. I haven't eaten them for a long time, so I will try them tonight.

Stir-fried String Beans

1. Remove the kidney beans and break them into small pieces

2. Rinse the broken green beans with clean water and drain the water thoroughly (the water must be drained, otherwise the water splashes and hurts the skin when it is fried in a frying pan)

3. Cut ginger into shredded ginger, mince garlic, and cut dried chili into small pieces

4. Pour slightly more vegetable oil than the normal amount into the pot and heat it up

5. Pour the drained string beans into the oil pan

6. Deep fry for a few minutes until the skin is slightly wrinkled

7. Fry it almost like this to get the drain oil

8. Leave a little base oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant

9. Pour in the fried green beans and stir fry a few times

10. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce

11. Add 1 tsp sugar

12. Add half a teaspoon of refined salt

13. Continue to stir evenly to get out of the pot

14. Served with a bowl of rice, it's pretty good

15.

Tips:

1. The water in the washed green beans must be drained, otherwise the water splashes and hurts the skin when it is fried in a frying pan;
2. If you like to eat meat, you can also add an appropriate amount of minced pork and stir fry together, which is also very good for dinner.
