Stir-fried String Beans

Main ingredients: green beans, minced meat, sprout garlic, dried chili.

Tips:
1. Pay attention to heat when using oil to stir-fry kidney beans. Keep it at medium heat, but be careful not to fry them.
2. Unripe kidney beans can cause food poisoning, so be sure to fry them when you stir fry them.
3. Stir-fried kidney beans can be stir-fried together with the seasoning again. Don't stir-fry for too long to avoid softening and bad taste.
