Stir-fried String Beans

Pickled kidney beans, chopped pickles, sliced sausages, slapped garlic cloves

Add oil to the pot, heat up on a low heat, add garlic slices, pickles, and sausages in turn, sauté until fragrant.

Stir-fry the kidney beans over low heat, add salt after sautéing for a while, and continue to stir-fry on low heat until all of them are thoroughly cooked.
Tips:
To stir-fry the green beans with more oil, stir-fry on a low heat throughout the process. Adding salt in the middle will speed up the stir-fry.
