Stir-fried String Beans

Materials ready

Tear off old tendons, cut into sections, shred red pepper, mince garlic

Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the green beans; use medium-high heat to stir-fry continuously

Stir-fry until the skin of the kidney beans is wrinkled and slightly browned
