Stir-fried String Beans

Mince ginger, garlic, and dry chili into sections.

Fry under 60% heat, and fry until soft and the skin is wrinkled. Remove and drain the oil.

Save some base oil and add some lard.

Stir-fry the minced prawns until the oil becomes oily.
5.
Add ginger and minced garlic, dried chili, pepper and sprouts until fragrant.
6.
Fry the green beans evenly.
7.
Just add the light soy sauce (add salt and chicken essence for the flavorful ones), and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
