Stirring kidney beans is a very common practice in Sichuan cuisine, and I personally like it, because I feel that it is difficult to taste the fried string beans in the same way as string beans. Stir-fried String Beans

1. Choose fresh string beans of the same thickness. The happiest thing is to go back to the hometown, because the door of the house is a vegetable garden, so you can just pick up a basket for whatever you want. It is pure and natural. .

2. Broken rice sprouts, I bought it online. Actually, I bought it for a long time to make dandan noodles, but it turned out to be used in this dish, and there is still a little pork belly.

3. Fold the kidney beans into long and short sections by hand, wash and drain and set aside

6. Wash the meat and cut it into minced meat. Put a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, white pepper, and edible oil to marinate

7. Cut ginger and garlic into small froth and set aside

9. When it's 80% hot, add the green beans and fry it.

14. Drain the dried chilies and put them in the pot and continue to fry together
