Stir-fried String Beans with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Pick and wash the kidney beans.

Dace in tempeh.

Mince garlic.

Put the tempeh and minced garlic in the pot, and fry it for a nice aroma. (Don't pour all the oil in the can, just take half of it.)

Put the string beans into the fry.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of water and cook until the kidney beans are cooked through, then add a little salt to taste. (The dace in tempeh has a salty taste, and the salt should be added as needed.)
