Stir-fried String Beans with Pork

Wash the green beans and cut into small sections, mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use

Fried green beans in oil pan until the skin is slightly dehydrated

In another pan, add a little oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant, add the minced meat and fry until slightly charred

Add Pixian Douban

After the pork is sautéed, add the oiled kidney beans to the stir-fry

Because the Pixian Douban is salty enough, I don’t add salt (depending on personal taste), add a spoonful of oyster sauce after frying until the kidney beans are fully cooked
