Prepare ingredients; cut the salted egg in half with a fork and shovel out, mince the garlic, cut the pepper into circles, and fold the green beans

Tips:
★ Kidney beans containing saponin must be cooked thoroughly, such as boiled in water, boiled for at least 3 minutes, or deep-fried (higher calories).
