Stir-fried String Beans with Sausage

Boil the green beans in boiling water (fry for a while, and fry faster)

Sliced sausage, shredded ginger
3.
Put the oil in the pan and pour the sliced sausage and ginger and stir fry for a while

Pour blanched string beans
5.
Stir fry for a while, add salt, turn off the heat, and the dishes are out of the pot
Tips:
The green beans are basically cooked after blanching in the pot, so they don’t need to be fried for too long.
