Stir-fried Sweet Potato Leaves

Pick the sweet potato leaves and wash the tender leaves.

Squash the garlic cloves and chop, and shred the carrots.

Put oil in a pot, and stir fry the minced garlic over low heat.

Add sweet potato leaves and carrot shreds, stir fry over high heat, add a little water.
