Stir-fried Sword Beans (reduced Fat Meal)

1. Prepare beans, green peppers and garlic; remove the heads and ends of the beans, and remove the seeds of the green peppers; clean them.

2. Shred the beans; shred the green peppers; shred the garlic.

3. Heat the pan, pour a small amount of oil, add garlic diced and stir fragrant slightly, pour in shredded canavali beans; stir fry, add appropriate amount of white vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, continue to stir fry for a while and add shredded green pepper.

4. Stir-fry until it is broken, adjust to the salty and bland that you are comfortable with, and then get out of the pot.

5. Such a fat-reducing meal is not as tasteless as boiled in white water; but you should put less oil, less oil, and if you don't like any of the seasonings, you can leave it alone, eat it yourself, and like it.
