Stir-fried Thin Fungus with Sliced Gourd and Carrot
1.
Prepare fresh wood ears and wash them and serve on a plate for later use.
2.
Put some water in the pot, bring the water to a boil, and then put the fungus in it for a while.
3.
One gourd radish, washed and peeled.
4.
Use a knife to make five grooves out. (After seeing everyone, I knew that there was a mold for this. I didn't know. I have been using this method, and it seems to be quite good.)
5.
Then cut it horizontally, and the flower piece comes out. Cut it thinly and thickly, it's up to you.
6.
Put oil in the pot on high heat, and stir-fry the ginger first.
7.
Then put the gourd radish into it and stir fry.
8.
Stir-fry the gourd and turnips when they are six mature, add the green peppers and fry them together.
9.
Then put the fungus in and fry them together. (Because the fungus is too overwhelmed, I don’t need to fry it too much)
10.
Then add garlic, salt, and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
