Refreshing Spinach Tower

Remove old leaves and yellow leaves of spinach, wash and cut into long pieces

Tips:
1. Blanching spinach can get rid of excess folic acid; after blanching, let the water be too cold to keep its color
2. When garlic is ready, pound it into garlic paste and rub ginger into minced ginger, which will taste better
