Stir-fried Chicken with Shacha Sauce

Wash and dice chicken

Add salted pepper powder, sugar, and cooking wine to marinate for 15 minutes, diced gourd radish, green pepper, green onion, ginger, and sliced garlic for later use

Add oil to the pot and sauté the pepper powder, add the gourd and radish and stir fry

Slide in the diced chicken, add garlic slices and ginger cooking wine

Add diced green peppers

Add green onion

Add salt and shacha sauce to taste

Sprinkle the starch with water and thicken it out of the pot
